Ok, So I am going to start...{big deep breath!} it's taken me a bit but I figure i'd better get the ball rolling now, of else this blog just wont happen!!
My first project for the year I got from a book Meet Me at Mikes By Pip Lincolne... It is a great book, i just love it! It has simple to follow, easy projects. So I decided to start at the front of the book, and the first project was these super cute shoes. Now I have a habit of completing projects at the fastest possible speed (zooommm zooommm) so my first attempt was not the neatest effort, but you get the idea. I am working now on a pair from recycled pillow case material and also embroided linen place mats (don't hold your breath, but i will get pics on here when i finish them!)Plus I need to hunt around for some cute fabric for boys...
So here is the first lot of shoes!! Makes me wish my girl was still tiny... lucky i have friends with babies!!!
